Facilities

Dominance is proud to host one of the top MMA facilities in the country. The academy is split into a number of areas, each fit out with the highest quality customised equipment. We are constantly upgrading our facilities and equipment to ensure all of us as students have the best and safest possible training experience.

Grappling Mat

Our grappling mat is more than 180 square meters, custom made from specifically designed foam for grappling sports covered by a non porous rip stop vinyl to ensure the highest level of hygiene. We also include a two metre high matted wall for working both self defense and MMA techniques.

Striking Mat

The striking mat is also includes a custom made suspended steel bag rack, range of top quality Fairtex bags, and a five metre Fairtex boxing ring. The actual mat is also made from specifically designed foam with a non porous rip stop vinyl.

Changerooms & Showers

We provide newly renovated showers and toilets for both males and females as well as separate changerooms.

Conditioning

Dominance offers a specific Conditioning area run by Murray Ballenden - highly skilled and accredited Conditioning coach.
