To ensure the best possible coaching in the most practical martial arts available we have expanded our classes and coaching staff.  Firstly we would like to welcome Danial Kelly and Maria Pekli, without a doubt the most successful competitors and best coaches in the country in Judo!

We are also very excited to bring on board "Diamond" Dale Westerman as our Muay Thai and Boxing! Dale is a former World Champion in both Muay Thai and Kickboxing as well as being a National Champion in boxing at both amateur and pro!

Both Daniel and Dale will be part of the MMA team which will be training in a new format in the new year!

Additionally Sophia McDermott has joined the teaching team.  A four time Pan Am Champion in BJJ, gymnastics coach and personal trainer, Sophia is teaching the Women's Class and Kids and Teens classes.
